- Legal matters of the company, drafting suitable replies for legal notices & various Contracts/ MOUs/ POAs Lease agreements etc
- Corporate work preparing & filing of various forms, documents & returns.
- Experience for court cases & representing in court on behalf of the Co.
- Quick learner (Have encountered many different types of processes and the ability to learn such different processes at train-the-trainer sessions).
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken) skills.
